* acinclude.m4: Fix broken comments.
Add hidden option --enable-experimental.
* README.cdn-X: Update.
* configure.ac: Build tools/build as host and build-host tools to
accomodate those BSPs applying packhex in <BSP>.cfg.
Build tools/cpu as build-host tools.
