Subject: Add support for building rtems-or1k tool-chain - fixed

Configuration files get the following releases:
- binutils-2.24
- newlib-2.1.0
- gcc-4.8.2
- gdb-7.7

Patches to tool-chain are mix of OpenRISC original patches and other
additions to build the previous releases for RTEMS.
