- Remove the printf support leaving the direct printk support configured
with TESTS_USE_PRINTK and all other output goes via a buffered vsniprintf
call to printk.

first initialization thread. On SMP this was not guaranteed in the
previous implementation.

Enable usage of _Thread_Set_life_protection() in thread dispatch
critical sections. This can be used to enable the thread
life-protection with thread dispatching disabled and then enable thread
dispatching.

This fixes an integer underflow problem in case resources are released
after a thread restart.
